Refund for faulty products
East West Food Co want to create the best eating experience you’ve ever had.

If there is a problem with the product, simply notify us within 14 days of purchase and return the product to use with your receipt for a full refund or replacement product. Please note we do not accept refunds for change of mind after purchase.

Cancellation Policy
At East West Food Co we are all about the freshest produce and delivering the best tasting meat. We pride ourselves on offering top-notch service, both online and in-store.

We understand things come up from time to time and you may need to cancel your order. If you have a change of mind or need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 business days of your delivery to receive a refund. If your order is due for pick up/delivery with less than 2 business days, unfortunately, we are unable to process your refund. Alternatively, we can update the delivery address to send it to a friend or family member of your choice. Please note business days are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Refund of items out of stock


Due to high demand, sometimes we may sell out of the item you have requested in your order. If this is the case, you will be notified via an email confirmation in the morning of your delivery day and on the delivery docket of any items we were not able to fulfil. We will refund this item from your order and send you an email to notify you that the refund has been processed.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. With that said, if you have an issue with a faulty product. Please refer to our refund policy as above.
